What type of image/photo can I use?
Photos can be jpeg or pdf really anything from your cell phone works - as long as it isn't a doc file we can probably use it.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

How does it work?
Go to our online page where you can design your own porcelain (permanent) jewelry piece. Follow the prompts and bring your picture in from your computer or cell phone. Add text if you want to 'fit it in', but remember this is a small piece of jewelry not a printed mug or photo plate (we also print those). So don't make it too complex or too busy of a picture, it will be too hard to understand when others are looking at it.
What if want something rushed?
You would have to design on line and pay the standard cost and then email or call us with your order already paid for and sent to us. We will send you a separate PayPal bill for 30% more and/or extra UPS shipping if you want something more than UPS ground. This would put the order in a "rush" status so it would get made with a few days not 10 to 14 days plus shipping.
How long does it take if I create my own online?
Depending on how many orders we have at the time, the average is 10 to 14 days plus shipping which is often UPS ground and that can take another 5 days or so. This applies to North America not over seas that does take much longer.
